I enjoy being able to speak with your Registered Nurse about my progress with Diabetes and my frustrations.

 

This is a good program. It’s nice that the nurse calls to see how I am doing. She answered some good questions for me. I am now retired and I was a welder. Having my insurance and being able to speak with a nurse is a good benefit for retirees.

 

The nurse that has been calling us is the most wonderful, encouraging person that I think I have ever met in my 70 years. She has been a friend to our family. Not just advising but a friend. I count her as one of my dearest friends and I can’t thank you enough for sending her our way. She is amazing. Thank you so much.

“This was a last minute situation for a patient. The intake coordinator handled it very, very well.  I couldn’t have been more pleased.  She made sure to get it done before the end of the year so they could get the supplies under their policy because they reached the deductible.”

 

An [Intake Coordinator] assisted today in getting a surgery authorized for us for a patient who is scheduled for surgery next Tuesday.  She was very helpful and very professional.

 

My nurse was always very concerned with my well being and health and stayed in touch on a regular basis to see if I needed anything extra.

 

My CCM nurse has gone above and beyond the call of duty, took her time to go over all issues with me and resolved all problems.

 

[The Nurse Case Manager] has been a very excellent person to work with.  She answers my questions.  If she doesn’t have an answer she’ll get the answer for me.  She helped me get some equipment approved that I needed.  She helped me apply for Social Security Disability, and I have been approved. A 10/10 for sure.

 

Everyone has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I speak with Insurance Company representatives all day long and CCM is absolutely one of the best to work with.
