I enjoy being able to speak with your Registered Nurse about my progress with Diabetes and my frustrations.

 

I have had the “sugar” for 10 years, my Dad had it and my son has it. I like having a nurse available to me so that I am able to call her if I have questions regarding my health. Her name and number is taped to my refrigerator. It’s a good benefit to have.

 

The nurse I had is an asset to the Corporate Care Management team. She is an efficient communicator, expert in resolving and identifying management of our daughter’s illness and a skilled listener.

 

This is a good program. It’s nice that the nurse calls to see how I am doing. She answered some good questions for me. I am now retired and I was a welder. Having my insurance and being able to speak with a nurse is a good benefit for retirees.

 

The wellness nurse has been in touch with me regarding various recommendations for my health over the past few years and guided me through the maze of assisting me in finding doctors that were covered by my insurance to take care of my health. I appreciate her efforts.

 

The nurse was wonderful. She contacted me several times during my absence and was very helpful. She really raised my spirits through a difficult time for me. You are very lucky to have her on your team! Thank you all.
